Hope Water & Light broadband update

An update from Hope Water & Light:

As most of you know we experienced a major power outage today due to a transmission failure. Now that power has been restored, the Broadband Department wants to check in to make sure that everyone’s internet and WiFi came back online and is working properly. If your Internet is not back online working normally there are a couple of things you can try. First thing to try after a power incident would be to unplug the power cable on the Router/Gateway. It is the taller, gray box that was setup at your location for WiFi and network. We also setup a smaller white rectangular ONT box. It should have three green lights to indicate it is working – one for power, one for Internet, and one for the connection to the Router/Gateway.
