Deacon Russell Lynn Neal, II, aged 42, passed away July 2nd.  Visitation will be Friday July 12th from noon to 5pm at the Hicks Funeral Home in Hope.  Services will be Saturday July 13th at Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church at 1002 Beech in Hope.  Interment will be at Scott’s Memorial Gardens in Perrytown.  Arrangements entrusted to Hicks Funeral Home of Hope.
