DAR Member Bonnie Raff Receives Award from Department of Defense

John Cain Chapter member of DAR , Bonnie Raff, traveled to Washington, D. C. to receive an award from the Department of Defense  for the best event in Arkansas honoring Vietnam War Veterans in 2023.  The DAR was celebrating its 133rd Continental Congress the end of June.  Pictured with Mrs  Raff are Col.
