Wrinkle, Stuart charged with felonies

On Monday, July 15th, 2024, at approximately 11:00am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested James Wrinkle, 39 of Hope, AR. Mr. Wrinkle was arrested in the 200 block of East 3rd Street and charged with Commercial Burglary and Theft of Property. Mr. Wrinkle was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On Sunday, July 21st, 2024, at approximately 10:15am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Ricky Stuart, 47 of Hope, AR. Mr. Stuart was arrested in the 300 block of West 3rd Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Stuart was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
