Bootlegging charges in Nashville

NASHVILLE – Wednesday, (7/31), the Nashville Police Department executed a search warrant on West Clark Street in Nashville after several reports of “bootlegging” at the residence. Reports were that many customers were also minors. Approximately 1300 cans and bottles of alcohol were allegedly seized as a result of the search.

Two arrests were made at the residence, Margarita Pineda, age 63, of Nashville, and Edduardo Pineda, age 46, of Nashville. They were both charged with Possession for Sale in a Dry County and transported to the Howard County Jail.
