Prescott announces First Annual Curley Wolf Hall of Fame induction

PRESCOTT – The Prescott School District has announced the first annual Night of Legends Banquet to be held to induct the first inaugural class into the Curley Wolf Hall of Fame. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to Prescott Athletics.
The first class of inductees represents a diverse group of athletes who have left an indelible mark on Prescott Curley Wolf athletic program. The Class of 2024 inductees include:
Larry Burke, Jerry Flemons, Stewart Freelin, Wayne Glass, Timmy Grimes, Melba Hall, Dwight Hayes, Eddie Jackson, Joe Johnson, Ted Kirby, James Langston, Jerry Langston, Frances Lavender, Rosemary Lee, Gary McCauley, Hilton McDonald, Clark Morman, Randolph Vanhook, Steve Wren, and Nancy Young.
The induction ceremony will take place on Friday, August 23rd in the Prescott Jr. High Cafeteria at 6:00 pm. The night will include a catered meal, formal presentation of awards, speeches by the inductees as well as a kickoff to Curley Wolf football season and a silent auction of exclusive Curley Wolf items. Tickets must be purchased for the event for $30.00 per guest.
The district said in a statement, “We are honored to recognize these individuals whose contributions have set the standard in the Prescott Curley Wolf athletic program. It is our hope that their legacy will inspire future generations and ensure that their work and dedication is remembered and celebrated for years to come.”
