EMMA Black History Museum Reopens in Washington

The EMMA Black History Museum in Washington reopened Saturday (8-17) in a newly restored facility.  The museum was originally founded by the late Mildred Johnson Smith and has been refurbished and restored by her daughter Barbara Smith.  The museum is located at 106 Franklin in Washington just off US 278.
