Stephanie Ann Wickwire

Stephanie Ann Wickwire, a beloved mother and creative soul, passed away on August 26th, 2024. Born on December 6th, 1982, in Dallas, Texas, to Daniel and Cheryl Egan, she brought joy and inspiration to all who knew her.

Stephanie’s educational journey primarily took place at Christway Academy in Duncanville, Texas, where she graduated with fond memories. Her high school years were filled with cheerleading, and she was crowned homecoming queen in her senior year. Additionally, she actively participated in tennis and softball, demonstrating her love of sports and an active lifestyle.

After completing high school, Stephanie pursued higher education at Cedar Valley College. Her passion for helping others led her to become a licensed massage therapist in Oklahoma City, where she brought comfort and relief to many.

Stephanie possessed a remarkable creative spirit. She delighted in crafting with her two sons, creating cherished moments and fostering their artistic development. Together, they embarked on various adventures, visiting museums and zoos, where she instilled in them a love for learning and exploration.

Her creativity extended beyond her personal life, as she actively contributed to the development and operation of an outdoor haunted attraction. This endeavor showcased her imagination and dedication to providing thrilling experiences for others.

She had a deep appreciation for music of all genres from a young age, and one could frequently find her attending concerts or engaging in musical pursuits at home.

Above all, Stephanie’s greatest love was reserved for her two sons. She cherished them wholeheartedly and took immense pride in their accomplishments. Her unwavering support and guidance shaped them into the wonderful individuals they have become.

Stephanie Ann Wickwire will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched with her kindness, creativity, and unwavering love.

She was preceded in passing by her maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather.

She is survived by her two sons, Matthew and Joseph Wickwire, her parents, Daniel and Cheryl Egan, her two brothers, Brent and Thomas Egan his wife Tara, and their three children Tyson, Brayden, and Olivia, her paternal grandmother, Josephine Egan amongst numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
