Goodwins Announce for District 88 State Rep Seat, 4th District State Senate Seat

Editor’s note:  Lonny and Tammy Goodwin are seeking two offices as Libertarians.  We’re not sure how often a husband and wife have sought offices at the same time in Arkansas.  Here is the statement they released announcing their cadicacy.

Lonny and Tammy humbly seek your vote and verbal support as they embark on this season of their life and ministry. “We pledge to run a self-funded campaign as your district #88 Representative & #4 Senate Libertarian candidates”. Lonny also states when elected all his salaries from the position of 4th District Senate will be donated to the TRADE ministry portion of LMGCO, INC; a nonprofit whose focus is providing a path to addiction recovery through a 12-step recovery program, technical training, and peer support.

Tammy adds that 43 years together in faith, family and business uniquely qualifies them to step out in faith, united yet independent to pursue a focused path of support for our region’s strong family values, pursuit of investment in the ENTIRE region’s economic resources, and (most important) to stop the overreach of government.
