UAHT Fish Fry Raises Funds for “UCAN” Scholarship

Beautiful weather brought plenty of folks out Thursday (9-26) for the 31st annual UAHT Fish Fry.  The Hope Lions were on hand to prepare the US Farm Raised catfish and Tyson chicken.  The event this year was held to raise funds for the college’s “UCAN” scholarship.
