Trick or Treat on Elm Street in Prescott

Despite moving “Trick or Treat on Elm Street” up to Tuesday (10-29) from Halloween night due to possible inclement weather, the annual event brought out hundreds of youngsters to enjoy mountains of treats in the annual event.  Good weather ensured there were lots of ghosts, goblins, and superheroes to enjoy the annual festival of candy!
