Abnormally dry for area noted in latest Drought Monitor

This week’s Drought Monitor is showing “abnormally dry” for the Hope-Prescott Region. After going through the month of October with no rainfall, beneficial rains earlier this month did bring some relief. Moderate drought conditions are beginning to show up just west of our area.
