Sergeant Thomas “Chad” Rosenbaum Memorial Highway dedicated

HEMPSTEAD COUNTY – On Thursday, Nov. 14, parts of Highways 67 and 29 in Hempstead County were dedicated in honor of two military members who were killed in Afghanistan — Sergeant Thomas “Chad” Rosenbaum and Staff Sergeant Carlo Montell Robinson.

Prior to the unveiling, a ceremony was held at Hope City Hall.  Retired Colonel David Lively spoke at the event as did City Manager J.R. Wilson, Mayor Don Still, Representative Danny Watson, Former Survivor Outreach Coordinator Andrea Fisher, and Hempstead County Judge Jerry Crane.
