Felony arrest made in Hope

HOPE – On Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 at about 1:55 pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Xavier Walker, 30 of Hope, in the 1100 block of West Avenue E. Mr. Walker was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Possession of a Controlled Substance Near Certain Facilities. Mr. Walker was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.
