Dr. LaDell Douglas Sworn in for New Hope Water and Light Commission Term

Congratulations to Dr. LaDell Douglas.  He was sworn in for a new five year term on the Hope Water & Light Commission at their meeting Wednesday (1-22).  Handling the swearing in was Circuit Judge Joe Short.
