Prescott 11th grader artwork recognized

PRESCOTT – Congratulations to Olivia Kimmel!  Olivia entered a national juried art competition, and her captivating artwork “Internal Beauty” was recognized by MSU jurors and accepted without special citation.

Her work will be included in Missouri State University’s Virtual Juried Exhibition for High School Art and Design Students. This year was the biggest turn-out ever with almost 800 works submitted from students across 10 states which were reviewed by our jurors, each one independently, with scores compiled and averaged to determine the results.

Only 459 pieces were accepted for exhibition or given special citations or awards. We are very proud of Olivia and her creativity and so excited that her piece was chosen.
