HOPE – On Monday, February 3rd, 2025, at about 2:20 pm, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested Phillip Falls, 51 of Irving, TX in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. Falls was charged with Commercial Burglary and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility awaiting a first court appearance.
