Ruth Jeanette “Purifoy” Jackson
Ruth Jeanette “Purifoy” Jackson was brought into this world by the Almighty God on December 20, 1956. The same God that brought her into this world knew that her stay here on earth would come to an end on the 4th of February 2025. She was born to the late Bro. Cullen Purifoy and Sis. Ruth Ella Gulley Purifoy.
Sis. Ruth accepted Christ at an early age at St. John Missionary Church, Bluff City, Arkansas. Sis. Ruth was a faithful member and served as the Auxiliary of Hospitality. She enjoyed her time doing the things she loved to do in the kitchen. She worked diligently until her health started to fail. Ruth worked for Prescott Manufacture and ABC and Southside Day Care in Prescott, Arkansas.
Ruth Jeanette Purifoy (Jackson) was preceded in death by her Parents, Bro. Cullen and Sis. Ruth Ella Purifoy and her grandparents.
Sis. Ruth leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved husband; David Jackson, Prescott, Ark; Three (3) daughters: Carla Purifoy of Bluff City, Ark; Shelby Jackson and Jada Jackson, both of Prescott, Ark; one (1) son: Brandon Young of Arkadelphia, Ark; Three (3) bonus children: David Jackson Jr. and Shemonia Peair both of Little Rock, Ark and Crystal Jackson of Prescott, Arkansas. Three (3) brothers: Danny Purifoy and Bobby (Christy) Purifoy both of Bluff City, Ark, Vernon (Dorothy) Purifoy of Chidester, Ark. Eleven (11) Grandchildren, Three (3) Great Grandchildren. A host of Nieces, Nephews, Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends.
