Rebecca Lynn Hamilton-updated

Rebecca Lynn Hamilton was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and daughter-in-law.

In her younger years Becky was a homemaker and was also the preschool director at the First United Methodist Church of Hope, where her love for children flourished. She had a contagious smile that could bring joy to anyone. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, crafting jewelry, and spending time with her beloved granddaughter. Becky was a devoted wife and mother and always put her family first. Her relationship with God has uplifted her all the years of life, especially in her hardest tribulations. Becky was best known for her fighting spirit and loving nature.

She entered her heavenly home on March 21, 2025, where she was most certainly greeted by her best friend Shannon. Becky is survived by her husband of 31 years, Matt Hamilton, her two sons Hayden Hamilton and wife, Ashley, Hobie Hamilton, her granddaughter Addilyn Rose Hamilton, her parents, Alan and Joyce Bennet, her father Larry Yarbrough and wife Loretta, her sibling Jami Yarbrough of Eureka Springs, and mother-in-law Judy Micco.

Becky is preceded in death by her grandparents Dale Grawunder and wife Jerri, Clarence Johnson and wife Nell Rose, her father-in-law Joseph Micco and her best friend Shannon Flowers.

A Memorial visitation will be held 10:00am Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will follow at 11:00am with Bro. Drake Anderson officiating.
