Mr. Jessie Joe Lane

Mr. Jessie Joe Lane, aged 74, of Blevins, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, March 31, 2025. Born on April 13, 1950, in Prescott, Arkansas, to Dewight and Lois Baker Lane, Jessie lived a life full of love and dedication to his family and work. In 1970, he married Brenda Lane, and together they built a beautiful family. Jessie was a devoted employee of Tyson Foods, where he worked as a feed haul driver for 40 years before retiring.

He is survived by his children, Penny Lane, Carla Weaver (David), Donny Lane (Brandi) Blevins, AR, Grandchildren, Tori Brown (Austin), Jessica Lane, Logan lane, Katalin Weaver, Kenzie Weaver, Chaley, Grayson, Adley Lane and Sutton Lane, great grandchildren, Tristan Ivers and Madison Brown, brothers and sisters, Kathy Stuart (Jim), Paul Lane (Lola), Jean, Rhodes, Ruth Adams (Bob), Mary Wicker (Gilbert), Olen “Bucky” Lane (Trecia), Benny Lane (Linda), brother in law, L. Wayne Rhodes and sister-in-law, Carolyn Tucker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewight and Lois Lane, his brothers Willie James Lane and Thomas Lane, his sister Faye Wicker, and his brother-in-law Skip Rhodes.

A funeral service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Marlbrook Baptist Church in Blevins, Arkansas, with Nathaniel Crane officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior at 1PM. Burial will follow at Marlbrook Cemetery in Blevins, Arkansas.
