Spring Hill School Board

Spring Hill School Board met last Monday (4-14). After the call to order and the prayer, the minutes were approved from the previous meeting as was the financial report. For the Elementary and High School reports the enrollment was the same as the previous month.

The Cyber Security policy for 2025 and the service agreement for Liles Therapy (physical and occupational therapy) were approved.  The elementary cleaning bid was the same as last year. A new set of ESSA and IDEA assurances were approved. The school calendar was approved.

Two new staff members were hired: Amanda McAllister for High School Art and Seth Taylor for the Head Basketball position. A couple of resignations were accepted. The salary and stipend schedule was tabled. The chain of command policy was on the agenda but wasn’t covered. School choice applications were accepted. These were students who had applied to transfer in case they moved but ended up not doing so.

The School District was off on Good Friday.
