Mr. Paul Henson

Mr. Paul Henson, aged 78, of Blevins, AR, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, April 28, 2025. Born on December 14, 1946, in Blevins, AR, Paul was the beloved son of Frank and Hazel Henson.

Paul retired from owning and operating Blevins Wrecker Service. He was passionate about his hobbies, which included hunting, racing on the dirt track, and collecting older cars. Paul shared a loving marriage with his wife, Mary Lou, for 56 wonderful years.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Henson; his son Richard Henson (Roxann) of Blevins, AR; his daughter Connie Neel of Nashville, AR; his daughter Margie Smith (Eric) of Blevins, AR. Paul also leaves behind his brothers E.J. Henson of El Dorado, AR, Bunt Henson (Agnes) of Judsonia, AR, and James Henson (Thelma) of Hope, AR; his sisters Dean Norris of Newport, AR, and Opal Fultz of Texarkana, TX. He was a cherished grandfather to 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, his special buddies Tuftin and Blaitin, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his son-in-law Robbie Neel, his brothers Jessie Henson and Grady Henson, and his sister Ida Jane Hatfield.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm at the Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel.

A funeral service will follow on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 2pm at the Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel with burial to follow at Marlbrook Cemetery in Blevins, AR.
