Annual Train Day rolls into Hope Saturday

HOPE – An estimated 500+ people attended the annual Train Day in downtown Hope with 30 vendors and a good turnout for the car show. The clown, face painting, and balloon animals stand were popular. So were the shaved ice, the farm animals, train, and twisting ball. The last one drew screams as the riders were spun around. A number of children gathered in front of the magic show. The train kept running with carload after carload.
