Hope Evening Lions Hear Program on District 7-L ALERT Team Trailer
On Monday, May 19th, the program at the Hope Evening Lions meeting was introduced by member, Judee Gunter. Noon Lions Club member, Robin Lee, presented information about the District 7-L ALERT Team Trailer which is used for disaster recovery and assistance.
The Hope Noon Lions Club is now the facilitator for maintaining and placing the trailer in areas of need. Three of the primary services are distributing packages of baby/toddler supplies, packages of personal care items and providing a generator for charging personal items (phones, hearing aids, radios, and other similar items).
The program was very interesting and relevant. Robin allowed everyone to see the inside of the trailer and answered many questions.
