Hope Police announce felony arrest

HOPE – On Sunday, July 6th, 2025, at about 3:33 pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Maurice Hickman Jr, 18 of Hope, AR in the 1700 block of West 5th Street. Mr. Hickman was charged with Terroristic Act (3 counts) and was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
