Donald Moody – Updated

Donald Moody, age 65, of Blevins, Arkansas passed away on July 8, 2025 in Texarkana, Texas.

Donald was born on October 14, 1959, in Hope, Arkansas to his parents, J.W. and Mary Moody. He had a lifetime passion for ranching and hunting. He was also a member of Southside Baptist Church and worked for 48 years at Pilgrim’s Pride.

He is preceded in death by his father; sister, Linda Sue Oller; and nephew, David Lynn Oller.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 41 years, Donna Moody; son, William Chad Moody (Tiffany); daughter, Jamie Martin (Neal); two grandchildren, Taylor Moody, Mason Moody; mother, Mary Moody; brother, Ronnie Moody (Karen); niece Crystal Gray (John); nephew, Daniel Oller (Tabitha).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donald’s memory to Hospice of Texarkana. 2407 Galleria Oaks, Texarkana, Texas 75503.

A memorial visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow immediately at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Daniel Bramlett officiating.
