UA Hope-Texarkana seeks food service partner for campus dining operation
HOPE/TEXARKANA – The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT) is now accepting proposals for the management and partnership of its on-campus food service operation, located in the UAHT Student Center on the Hope campus. The College seeks to select a contractor that offers the best combination of value, service, and commitment to providing high-quality dining experiences for students, faculty, and staff.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity is open to all qualified food service establishments. The selected contractor will be responsible for operating the retail food service, with an anticipated launch date aligned with the start of the Fall 2025 semester on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
UAHT, a two-year institution within the University of Arkansas System, serves the Southwest Arkansas region with affordable and high-quality educational programs. While the College will maintain control of all vending machine operations, it seeks a food service partner capable of enhancing the campus experience through reliable, appealing, and cost-effective dining services.
Proposals will be evaluated based on overall cost, service scope, operational capability, and the contractor’s demonstrated ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality food service program.
