Watermelon Dog Show returns to the 49th Annual Hope Watermelon Festival

HOPE – The City of Hope Animal Shelter and Hope for Paws are excited to present the Watermelon Dog Show at this year’s 49th Annual Hope Watermelon Festival. The event will take place on Thursday, August 7th at 7:00 PM on the Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center Stage, with registration beginning at 6:30 PM.

This free event invites dog lovers and their furry friends to take part in a fun evening of tail-wagging competition. While entry is free, donations of dog food to benefit the animal shelter and local rescue efforts are encouraged and appreciated.

Categories include:
• Best Costume
• Best Trick
• Best Looking Adult
• Best Looking Puppy
• Best Overall

Winners in each category will receive ribbons and certificates.
