Rainbow of Challenges has a new look while services stay the same

HOPE – Rainbow of Challenges, Inc. (ROC) officials are pleased to announce a subtle new look and change to the ROC abbreviation that will carry them well into the future.
Widely recognized as ROC, the new abbreviation in the “doing business as” title will be ROCOH (pronounced “Rock-O”) and will be the official abbreviation of the organization.
The name includes the acknowledgement that ROCOH will continue to provide top-flight services to many individuals throughout Arkansas. The change is considered a necessity to avoid having the same abbreviation used by another organization.
“Rainbow of Challenges will still be our legal name; we will be doing business as ROCOH to move us forward to a more “politically correct” face,” said ROCOH CEO Judy Watson.
“We want to ensure that the public understands we never look at anyone’s challenges, our focus is always on people’s abilities. ROCOH does business on the values of “Respect, Originality, Creativity, Opportunity, Hope” for all our stakeholders which makes ROCOH a name that makes sense. Be watching for our new twist on the ROCOH logo coming soon,” Watson stated.
ROCOH is a private, non-profit, community-based provider of a vast array of supports and services for children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. ROCOH is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
