IN REMEMBRANCE OF JANICE LOUISE HENRY
Janice Louise Henry, born on September 9, 1962, in Prescott, Arkansas, to the late Malvin and Louise Henry, departed this life on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, AR, at the age of 62.
Janice was a loving mother of two children, Rico and Precious, whom she loved dearly. She graduated from Cale High School with the Class of 1980. Janice dedicated 38 years to working in home health at Southwest Development Council, from which she later retired.
She was a faithful member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, where she loved playing the tambourine. Janice served at the church until her health no longer permitted. She had a fondness for sitting on her front porch and dancing. Janice loved her family and friends and will be missed but never forgotten.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Malvin and Louise Henry.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter, Precious Gulley of Rosston, AR; her son, Rico Henry (Ashley) of Rosston, AR; two grandchildren, Ayana Henry and Jayden Henry; and her siblings—sisters: Shirley Gulley, Doris Evans, Carmel Sorrells, and Geneive Henry, all of Rosston, AR, and Etta Evans (Terry) of Houston, TX; and brothers: Clifton Henry and Kenneth Henry, both of Rosston, AR, and Ronnie Henry of Camden, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
