Latest Hope Police felony arrests

HOPE – On Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, at about 12:05pm, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested Bertha Perez, 44 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mrs. Perez was charged with Theft of Property and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, at about 11:30am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Charles Pugh, 46 of Hope, AR in the 400 block of Hayward Street. Mr. Pugh was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family Member and Domestic Battery 3rd Degree. Mr. Pugh was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Sunday, August 17th, 2025, at about 10:23am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Colby Furlough, 39 of Prescott, AR in the 2100 block of South Main Street. Mr. Furlough was charged with Criminal Trespass and Aggravated Assault. Mr. Furlough was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
