Fire Claims House on Highway 24 Near Prescott-

Firemen from Prescott, Emmet, Redland, Fairhills, and the Nevada County Rescue Unit responded to a fire at a vacant house Thursday evening.  The house was located at 1700 state highway 24 west.  The house was vacant and the call came in around 9:15pm.  The house was a total loss.
