Mrs. Ruby Robinson

Mrs. Ruby, as she was affectionately known, was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. On August 25, 2025, God in His infinite wisdom called her from labor to reward. She passed away peacefully at the age of 68. Her journey on earth was one marked by love, compassion and an unwavering faith in God.
Mrs. Ruby Robinson was born on October 28 in Fulton, Arkansas to the late Mr. Aaron Smith, Jr, and Mrs. Elnora Nash-Smith. She was one of 7 children. She was preceded in death by both parents, her brother Leroy Smith, Jr., her sister Joan Green, and most recently, her husband, Andrew Robinson.
At an early age, she confessed her faith in Christ and united with Union Baptist Church. Later in life, she became a member of Charity Baptist Church, both of Fulton, Arkansas, where she faithfully served until her health declined. During this time, her daughter lovingly relocated her to Bryant, AR.
She was the matriarch of her family, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, known for her memory, quick wit and her love for plants.
She leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and perseverance that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her. She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her three children, Andre (Danielle) Robinson of McAlester, Oklahoma, Renetta (LaTwan) Cheathem of Bryant, AR, and Lynette Robinson of Cypress, Texas;
She is forever cherished and remembered by her grandchildren Zakyrin Trotter and Zykria Trotter, whom she faithfully raised as her own; five more lovely grandkids Azyria and Major Woods, Jarrion Robinson, Jacari Robinson and Daxten Robinson. She also cared for Terrance Wesson, a child she raised as her own for many years, as her health allowed, showing the same love and dedication, she gave her family.
Siblings left to honor her memory are three sisters, Ms. Nancy Roberts, Mrs. Gracie (Maurice) Henry, and Ms. Alma McKillion, all of Fulton, Arkansas; One brother, Mr. Joe Smith of Hope, AR, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
