Hope Kiwanis Club Hears About “The Taste of Hope”

Tuesday (9-30) was “club day” at the Hope Kiwanis Club but Hope Downtown Network board member Twyla Pruden gave a short talk on “The Taste of Hope” set for Saturday October 4th in downtown Hope sponsored by the HDN.  This year’s them is “Oh, the Places We Will Go”.  There will be tastings from local eateries and restaurants, silent and live auctions, local gift card bingo, chalk art, photo ops, face painting, “a thing or 2 in the HDN building”, paint by number mural, and a showing of “The Lorax” in the pocket park.  Tickets are $25 for adults, $10 for kids 10 to 15, and free for those under 10.  Tickets are available from Hope Downtown Network members and the Vintage Girls Boutique on Main Street in downtown Hope.
