Sunday morning crash claims life

PRESCOTT – A one vehicle crash early Sunday morning claimed the life of a Prescott man. According to the preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, Earnest B. Spencer, 22, of Prescott, was traveling east on Highway 24 at Nevada County Road 240 near Prescott in a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria when he left the roadway, collided with a culvert, and overturned.

The crash happened at 3:00 am. Trooper Akari Alexander investigated.
