HOPE – On Thursday, November 27th, 2025, at 2:38am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Linda Daugherty, 71 of Hope, AR in the 2000 block of South Main Street. Mrs. Daugherty was charged with Battery 2nd Degree and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
