Nancy Louise Smith Carter

Nancy Louise Smith Carter, 76, of Hope, Arkansas passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025. Nancy was born to John and Hazel Smith on October 20, 1949, in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. She was a pharmacy technician. Nancy will be missed by many friends and family.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Hazel Smith and daughter, Autumn Bingle; four brothers and one sister.

Survived by her son, Johnny (Tammy) Bingle of Hope, Arkansas; grandchildren, Zakery Bingle, Jakob Bingle, and Nathan Bingle; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
