Blevins School District news

BLEVINS – Blevins School District will have a busy week. School board is meeting tonight; Homecoming is tomorrow with ceremonies both at 3 and 5 and basketball games against Mena afterwards. The Hornets Juniors and Seniors are playing Prescott on the 11th and Mount Ida on the 12th.

The theme for homecoming is Winter Wonderland. The queen is Ty’Ashia Armstrong, the Maid of Honor is Amya Philips, and the Basketball Maid is Kentana Williamson.

Last week Brooke Lacefield and Gracelyn Woodruff completed in Leadership Development events. Brooke placed 2nd in Discovery/Greenhand Public Speaking. The district said they were proud of both for their hard work.
