Betty Jo Miller – Updated

Betty Jo Miller, age 86, of Hope, Arkansas passed away on December 6, 2025, in Texarkana, Texas surrounded by family.

Mrs. Miller was born on April 3, 1939, in Malvern, Arkansas to her parents Fred and Velmer Lee Tramble (Barton).

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Llyod Tibbit; son, Leonard Gray; two brothers, James Leondard, Robert Bachalor; one sister, Birdie Yarbrough.

Left to cherish her memory is her two daughters, Patricia Hamilton, Linda Hatfield; two sisters, Freddie Tackett, Mollie Sewell; 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren.

The family would like to say a special thank you all the St. Michael’s Hospital Staff on the 4th floor, Devin and staff at Christus Health Clinic, everyone at Barry’s Grocery, and Elite Home Health Care.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Shiloh Cemetery in Texarkana, Arkansas with Bro. Neal Ridling officiating under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home.
