Hands-on class at Nevada Schools

ROSSTON – Nevada School District: Mrs. Pennington’s second-period class got a fantastic opportunity to partner with our Head Start students yesterday for a hands-on learning experience.

The older students guided their little buddies through the entire homemade bread-making process, from mixing the ingredients to kneading the dough and waiting patiently for it to rise! It was truly heartwarming to watch the high schoolers become patient teachers and the Head Start students excitedly explore the science and magic of baking.
