Movies from the Past: White Christmas showing tonight!

HOPE– Hempstead County has had different movie theatres over the years from the Saenger to the Rialto in downtown Hope. The Hempstead County Historical Society would like to showcase a movie that was shown in those theatres. For this Christmas Season, come out to see the wonderful holiday classic “White Christmas.”

The movie will be shown at Hempstead Hall located at 2500 South Main Street on the campus of UAHT-Hope on TONIGHT, Friday, December 19th at 7pm. Doors open at 6pm. Admission is $5 per person. Children under 6 years of age are free. Come early and enjoy a piece of cake to celebrate the birthday of Hempstead County before the movie.
