ROCOH clients fill luminaries for recent Christmas and Candlelight events

HOPE – A group of Rainbow of Challenges’ (ROC) individuals recently took part in the assembly of luminaries at Old Washington Historic State Park. The luminaries were used during the recent “Christmas and Candlelight” events.

The individuals worked diligently to put together more than 2,800 luminaries, filling the paper bags with sand and candles. The bags were then placed throughout the park. Their efforts helped provide one of the most eye-catching attractions during the Christmas and Candlelight events at night.
