White Christmas shown at Hempstead Hall

HOPE – The Hempstead County Historical Society met on 12-19 at Hempstead Hall to watch White Christmas. The Hempstead County Historical Society tries to watch older Christmas movies around Christmas time in Hope/Hempstead County. When the move was first released, it grossed $12 million, which would be $140 million today. Joshua Williams stated that Hope Star recorded that the first time Hope presented “White Christmas” was in 1962.
