FALCON – A Thursday night crash near Falcon in Nevada County claimed the life of one person and injured two others.

According to the preliminary Arkansas State Police report, DeMarcus Aaron, 27, of El Dorado, was traveling south on Highway 355 near Falcon in a 2013 Nissan when it left the roadway and collided with a tree. Aaron perished in the crash. Two passengers, Lakiyah Hopson, 22, of Camden and Jonavan Robinson, 18, of El Dorado, were injured and taken to Magnolia Regional Medical Center.

The crash happened at 10:59 pm Thursday night. Trooper Adrienne Colvin investigated.
