Hope Finished 2025 Up on Rainfall, Slightly Cooler than Normal for December

Despite low rainfall and dry conditions in December, Hope finished 2025 up on rainfall.  1.07 inches of rain fell during December compared to normal rainfall of 5.38 inches meaning Hope was 4.31 inches below normal for December; however, the city finished 2025 with a total rainfall of 66.77 inches.  That compares to a normal rainfall of 54.47 inches for the year meaning Hope finished 12.26 inches above normal.
