Hope Police announce felony arrests

HOPE – On Monday, January 19th, 2026, at 11:41am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Andrew Rosenbaum, 44 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. Rosenbaum was charged with Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person. Mr. Rosenbaum was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held pending a first court appearance.

On Friday, January 23rd, 2026, at 9:30am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Caleb Girard, 18 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. Girard was charged with Residential Burglary and Domestic Battery 3rd Degree. Mr. Girard was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held pending a first court appearance.
