Latest Hope Police Department felony arrests

HOPE – On Monday, February 2ndh, 2026, at 9:00am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Vincent M. Cooper, 58 of Hope, AR in the 900 block of South Elm Street. Mr. Cooper was charged with Domestic Battery 2nd Degree and was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held pending a first court appearance.

On Thursday, February 5th, 2026, at 11:18am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested McKinsey Davis Jr, 24 of Hope, AR in the 700 block of East 2nd Street. Mr. Davis was charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree (two counts), Theft of Property (two counts), Computer Fraud and Fleeing on Foot. Mr. Davis was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and
held pending a first court appearance.
