PUBLIC NOTICE: Traffic Pattern Change at 3rd and Elm Street

The City of Hope would like to notify residents and motorists of a permanent change to the traffic control at the intersection of 3rd Street and Elm Street.

Effective immediately, the traffic signals at this intersection have been removed. To ensure a smooth transition and continued safety, the following traffic flow adjustments are now in place:

Stop Signs on Elm Street: Traffic traveling on Elm Street is now required to come to a complete stop at the intersection before proceeding.

Free-Flowing Traffic on 3rd Street: Traffic traveling on 3rd Street no longer has a signal or stop requirement and is now free-flowing through the intersection.
