Felecia Lynn Henry

Ms. Felecia Lynn Henry, 57, of Texarkana, Arkansas, Formerly of Lewisville, Arkansas, passed away at Christus St. Michael Health System, in Texarkana, Texas, in the early morning hours of February 23, 2026. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She dedicated her life to Christ at an early age by joining the St. James Missionary Baptist Church.

She was born to the late Mr. Jessie Henry, Sr., and the late Mrs. Willie B. Wells-Henry, on April 11, 1968, in Magnolia, Arkanss. She spent her formative years of early education in the Lewisville School District, graduated from Lewisville High School, Class of 1986, and went into the workforce shortly after. She would go on to be employed by Klipsch Speakers of Hope, Arkansas for more than twenty years.

She was preceded in death by both parents and a sister Patricia Henry who died at birth. As well as both maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by, and leaves to cherish her many memories, her only two children, her daughter, Kashae Cheatam, and her son, Sharrod Mitchell. Her only grandchild, Ka’Miya Cheatham. Her siblings, Mrs. Louise Martinez, of Louisiana, Mrs. Clara (Thomas) Demery, of Texarkana, Arkansas, Jessie Henry, Jr., of Lewisville, Arkansas, Mr. Christopher Henry and Ms. Tameakia Henry, both of Texarkana, Arkansas and Ms. Cassandra Henry of Lewisville, Arkansas, a great aunt, Ms. Frankie Newman. Five aunts, Diane Elmo Rose Allen, Ethel Hunt, Lula Jean Rowe, Louise Lawrence, and Mary Ann (Alvin) Davis. Two uncles, Grant (Veon) Henry, and Roosevelt Henry. A host of cousins, friends, classmates, and former coworkers.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday March 7, 2026, in her honor at Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 415 East First Street, Stamps, Arkansas where Pastor Roderick L. Trotter will serve as Officiant and will give words of encouragement to the family, under the direction of Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home.

Masks are optional but highly recommended with the current rise in COVID cases and the recent outbreak of influenza.
