UAHT to host UAM bachelor’s degrees informational session on March 31

HOPE – The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT) will host an informational session for students and prospective students interested in transferring into the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) bachelor’s degree programs on the UAHT campus. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 31, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the UAHT Student Center on the Hope campus.

The session is designed to provide students and future students with valuable information about continuing their education through UAM on the UAHT campus. Attendees will learn about the admission process, available academic programs, and financial aid opportunities.

Representatives from UAM and UAHT will highlight key degree programs, including the Bachelor of Arts in K–6 Elementary Education and the Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business. Information about the Iron Horse Transfer Scholarship will also be shared, providing insight into the financial support available to transfer students.

“This is an exciting opportunity for our students and our community,” said Mikki Curtis, Dean of Arts, Humanities, and Education. “We are proud to offer access to bachelor’s degree programs right here on the UAHT campuses, making it easier and more affordable than ever for students to continue their education close to home.”

This event is an excellent opportunity for current UAHT students and prospective students to explore seamless transition options to UAM and ask questions directly to university representatives.

Current students, future students, and the public are invited to attend to learn more about these exciting opportunities. Visit https://www.uaht.edu/uam.php for more information about UAHT and UAM bachelor’s degrees.
